Great ab workout which activates all CORE muscles
Ensure core is switched on and controlled. Keep elevated leg knee bent and working leg extending out or kept bent.
Have a break between each leg if needed.
Great exercise activating all 3 of the deltoid muscles.
Posterior, lateral and anterior deltoids.
Remember to always keep neutral spine and activate core.
