CrossFit Freaks has been working with the next generation of Fitness Freaks since 2012. Classes take place during the week, after school for Kids aged between 5-12 years. CrossFit Freaks has also worked within the Early Education setting since 2014 working with children aged 2-5 years. We teach our mini Freaks the basic Fundamental CrossFit movements and incorporate them into fun Games and mini WODs.
