JACKED UP SHOULDERS?
Hanging is a great way to mobilise and strengthen your shoulders, it has helped rehab my shoulder pain and improve my range of motion!
Variety is key, I like to use different variations of the basic hanging exercise to target different parts the shoulders and build up strength in specific areas.
