First trials. Race day in sight 💨

With just two weeks until its first race meeting, the brand new Lithgow greyhound track welcomed participants from across the region today to explore the venue and facilities and give their greyhounds a first look at the track.

Around 25 greyhounds trialled over 306m and 442m, with slips also held from the 600m boxes.

Feedback from trainers was very positive, with anticipation building ahead of the first race meeting on November 2. 🏁

Watch for a first look at today’s trials.
