It's Loneliness Awareness Week.

This August, we're joining the call to make room for connection and raise awareness of the impact loneliness and social isolation can have on people and communities.

Connection doesn't have to be a big gesture. It could be sharing a smile, saying hello, inviting someone to join you, or taking a moment to check in. These small but deliberate actions can help people feel welcome, included and connected.
