1๏ธโƒฃ EAT WELL

โžก๏ธ Vegetables (esp. green), fruits, and lean protein

โžก๏ธ Vitamin C, D, Zinc, Echinacea, and Probiotics can help create immune system barriers

โžก๏ธ Aim to limit sugar especially in coffee, alcohol, and takeaway foods

โžก๏ธ Stay hydrated

2๏ธโƒฃ EXERCISE

โžก๏ธ Get Outside and Walk! Aim for 30-60 min daily walking or Cardio activities

โžก๏ธ Aim to weight train 3x30 min per week

โžก๏ธ Stretch after exercise and training

3๏ธโƒฃ REST & RECOVERY

โžก๏ธ Sleep (7-8 hrs) aim for 9/10pm onwards
