Stronger together.

What a day at the Athletics NSW Sydney 10 โ€” so many hard-earned PBs, gutsy efforts, and smart races. The training, the teamwork, the early mornings โ€” it all came together today.
Proud of every Delta athlete who showed up and gave it everything. Letโ€™s keep building.

Individual results to come.

Kudos to every Deltarian who participated in yesterday's Athletics NSW 3000m race. Josh Phillip won the title in a quick time of 7:56:25, and Lauren Reid finished second among women in 9:22:11, among many other outstanding outcomes. Its the first time DELTA Running Project secured state medals across men and women

Fantastic run by Yusuke Shibuya (also known as Shibby), Lachlan Oaks, Jack Hillier, Chris Gatt (and the nominated best cheer squad), Jeff Chong, Isaac Morgan, Matt Ho, and Matt Dawson.

In the heart of the Delta, we take flight. A collective force, pushing towards the height. With strength and skill, we run as one. A group of runners, for whom the race is never done. Our focus is on performance, on reaching our peak. Together we strive, never afraid to seek The limits of what we can achieve In this team, we believe.
