BOWRAL FLAG FOOTBALL GALA DAY – WHAT A DAY! β˜€οΈπŸˆ

The sun was (thankfully) shining in Bowral for what turned out to be a glorious winter’s day of Flag Football!

An incredible 24 teams from 7 schools and nearly 200 students came together for the day, with schools travelling from across a 240 kilometre stretch from Airds to Queanbeyan, as well as Goulburn, Wollongong, Moss Vale and Bowral.

It was fantastic to bring students from across such a wide area together in one location for a great day of Flag Football! 🏈

There was plenty of skill, teamwork and competitive spirit on display, with some fantastic games played throughout the day.

A huge congratulations to our 2026 Bowral Gala Day Champions:

πŸ₯‡ U15 Girls – Trinity Catholic College Goulburn
πŸ₯‡ U15 Boys – Figtree High School - Official
πŸ₯‡ U18 Girls – Moss Vale High School
πŸ₯‡ U18 Boys – Figtree High School

A huge THANK YOU to all of the schools, teachers and students who travelled to be part of the event, and to our Bring it on Sports staff for helping make the day such a success.

Seeing more than 300 students from across the region come together to play is another fantastic sign of the continued growth of Flag Football in our schools.

We hope everyone had a fantastic day and look forward to welcoming you all back again next year!

NEXT STOP… WOLLONGONG! 🏈

EAST KILLARA FLAG FOOTBALL GALA DAY – WHAT A DAY! 🌧️🏈

A little rain (okay… a LOT of rain!) certainly didn’t stop the action at Koola Park today!

Despite the very wet and muddy conditions, an incredible 32 teams from 12 schools took to the fields for our East Killara Secondary Schools Flag Football Gala Day.

A huge congratulations to our 2026 East Killara Champions πŸ†

πŸ₯‡ U15 Boys – Barrenjoey High School
πŸ₯‡ U15 Girls – Galston High School Team 2
πŸ₯‡ U18 Girls – Covenant Christian School
πŸ₯‡ U18 Boys – Redfield College

Most importantly, a massive THANK YOU to all of the schools, teachers and students who embraced the conditions and showed such patience and good spirits throughout what became a very wet and muddy day!

A special thank you also goes to our Bring It On Sports coaches and officials who kept the games running and made sure we were able to get through a fantastic day of Flag Football. β€οΈπŸ’™

We hope everyone has managed to dry out! πŸ˜‚πŸŒ§οΈ

Thank you for being part of our East Killara Gala Day, and we look forward to welcoming everyone back again next year.

🏈 NEXT STOP… BOWRAL! 🏈
