Did you know we’re now offering pregnancy taping sessions?
Lately, many of our clients have been loving this gentle support technique. Pregnancy taping helps reduce lower back discomfort, supports your growing belly, improves posture, and makes everyday movements feel more comfortable and supported.
It’s usually recommended from the second trimester onwards, when the body starts carrying more load. Once applied, the tape can stay on for around 3–5 days (even through showers) providing continuous support as you go about your daily routine.

There are still so many myths about Pilates out there.
No, it’s not just for women. Strength, balance and control are for everybody. And no, it’s not only for pain. Yes, it helps with injuries and back issues, but it’s also about prevention, performance and moving better for life.
Pilates is smart training. Intentional. Challenging. Transformative.
And just to add one more… No, Pilates is not yoga 😅 We love yoga, but they’re different practices with different goals.
