Practicing pre-natal Pilates is a beautiful way to keep your body moving throughout your pregnancy.
Pilates during pregnancy can provide a lot of benefits including improved posture, reduced backache and the focus on steady movement and breathe can aid in relaxation. It also has the added bonus of preparing you for labour and delivery.
If you’re looking to get started with Pilates for the first time during pregnancy or start up again post giving birth, I tailor the sessions specific to what you need.

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank each of you for your continued support over what has been quite a rollercoaster of a year. As a mum and small business owner, I couldn't have done it without you. It certainly has had its ups and downs, but hopefully our Pilates sessions together (be it online or in person) have left you feeling more calm and balanced and ready to spring in to 2022!
I will be taking a little time off during the first week of January so that Finn and I can take a much needed holiday. If you have classes remaining in your pack (or if you'd like to start a new one), I'll be taking bookings from the 10th January onwards.
Until then, I am sending the very best wishes to you for this holiday season. May it be filled with laughter, joy and time spent with precious loved ones.
