When Rob first joined FitPlusWell, the goal was simple:
Build more strength and conditioning to support his martial arts training.
But over time, something changed.
He started falling in love with the process of training itself.
What began with strength and conditioning eventually led him to sign up for his first Hyrox event — and from there, running became a major part of his life.
Today, Rob regularly trains across both strength and endurance, competes in half marathons, and in less than a month will take on his very first marathon 👏
And the results speak for themselves:
✔ Body Fat: 28.8% → 18.8%
✔ Muscle Mass: 68.6kg → 72.35kg
✔ Half Marathon: 1:53 → 1:37

6 years.
3 kids.
Busy career.
And still showing up.
When Justin first came to FitPlusWell, he admitted he’d never lasted more than a few months in any other gym. Fast forward six years later, and through patience, perseverance, and consistency, he’s become a huge part of our community.
What makes it even more special is seeing a busy dad not only commit to his own health and performance, but go all the way to competing alongside Coach Mark and teammate Jesse at the HYROX World Championships in Chicago last June.
That’s what real progress looks like.

Starting strength training doesn’t mean jumping straight under a heavy barbell.
In our beginner or newcomer programs, we choose exercises that keep you safe, build your confidence, and actually make you stronger.
By loading the weight in front, we improve posture, protect your back, and fire up your core — all while teaching you how to move the right way.
We see some of our best client results following this total body framework three days a week.
It’s all free weights meaning establishing the motor control required to move well under load.
Clients are typically adding reps before intensity.
It’s months and months before you’re getting loaded with a barbell on your back.
This consistency and tracked progress = results.
