Business With Balance (BWB) is thrilled to announce the launch of ‘Inspire & Unwind’; a warm, welcoming, and deeply intentional weekly program in collaboration with BK Australia & She Magazine, held every Friday at the Community Hub, Castle Towers.

📅 Every Friday
🕙 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM
📍 Community Hub Castle Towers, 14 Castle St, Castle Hill

After witnessing so many people, especially women, juggling ambition, burnout, self-doubt, and the relentless pursuit of “doing it all,” we knew it was time to create something truly special: a space where women can simply breathe.

‘Inspire & Unwind’ is for every woman who has quietly longed for a space that truly sees her, holds her, and reminds her of how powerful she already is. And while women are at the heart of everything this initiative stands for, it warmly welcomes the men who champion, uplift, and stand beside them. Providing FREE life coaching and creating meaningful FREE community events has always been at the very core of what BWB stands for, so partnering in an initiative like this feels like the most natural extension of its mission.

The first ‘Inspire & Unwind’ was a heartfelt success. The energy in the room was nothing short of magical. From the moment the doors opened, the warmth was palpable and within minutes, the room was filled with laughter, genuine conversation, and the kind of easy connection that reminds you why community matters so deeply.

Gifted Meditation Teacher Swaran Singh Rajput spoke beautifully about the importance of slowing down, reminding attendees that in a world that glorifies hustle, the most radical and powerful thing we can do is pause. She guided the room through the transformative practice of mindfulness and meditation, sharing how stillness isn’t a sign of slowing down in life but rather the very foundation from which we rise stronger, clearer, and more aligned.

BWB founder Tiya Gorain spoke about the power of coming together, because when women gather with intention, something truly magical happens. Wellness cannot be a solo journey, we grow stronger and dream bigger when we are held by a community that truly sees us. She spoke about the importance of building networks and circles of support where women feel safe enough to be vulnerable, bold enough to ask for help, and empowered enough to offer it in return.

Insightful talks by talented speakers sparked rich conversations around burnout, self-worth, and what it truly means to show up for yourself. Women opened up, shared their stories, and left feeling seen, heard, and understood. The free coaching and mentorship space gave attendees the chance to ask questions, gain clarity, and walk away with practical tools they could apply immediately; proof that real transformation doesn’t have to wait.

Above all, it was the connections that stole the show. Strangers became friends. Women who arrived alone left with a circle around them.

Special thanks to Program Co-Director Swaran Singh Rajput for her great work and to Alpana Srivastava for all the behind the scenes help & support.

A heartfelt thank you to Mansi Bhatia for all her support throughout. Deep gratitude to the dedicated Inspire & Unwind Team Members - Hina Arora, Rashmi Chauhan, and Lence Naumovski - for their unwavering commitment every week for this community. And a very special thank you to Shakun Rana Narang and Rashmi for the wonderful food that made the morning feel even more like home.

If you missed this one, there is no need to worry, we are back every Friday, 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM at The Community Hub, Castle Towers.

Congratulations Peter Gangemi - Liberal for Castle Hill

I couldn’t be prouder to announce that I will be the Liberal candidate for Castle Hill at the 2027 NSW State Election.

I want to particularly say thank you to our local residents and branch members for the support I received in the recent democratic ballot to be your Liberal candidate for Castle Hill.

Whether as your Mayor, a Councillor or a volunteer, I have dedicated my entire adult life to helping this community. Castle Hill is the greatest area in the world, and I am excited to continue fighting for our area and keep assisting our local families in their lives however I can.

Residents of Castle Hill and NSW have consistently told me that they need a change in Government. Under the current government, growth in NSW is at a 30 year low bar covid, inflation is higher in the state than the national average, NSW taxes have increased 30%, 6200 businesses have closed in the last year and housing completions are their lowest in years. The Premier himself is not committed to serving long term, saying “I won’t be here” in 2032.

I am incredibly proud to be part of Kellie Sloane's team, and will be fighting for
đŸ”č The family friendly, open space character of the Castle Hill community to be maintained for future generations
đŸ”č The infrastructure and services that our Castle Hill residents deserve
đŸ”č Cost of living pressures to be eased for our residents
đŸ”č Home ownership to be more attainable for families
đŸ”č Greater support for small businesses, to enable them to grow and create jobs

I will continue working every day for our Castle Hill community, listening to you and working to earn your support at the upcoming election. I hope you join me in our fight to get the outcomes and support we deserve in Castle Hill.

As always, please don’t hesitate to contact me at any time if there is a policy you wish for me to advocate for or if there is anything I can do for you.

We were proud to co-organise the Mind Over Matter event in partnership with BK Australia and She Magazine, an afternoon dedicated to mindset, mental wellness, and the power of community.

We loved collaborating with Swaran Singh Rajput, a very passionate and purpose-driven community leader.

The panel discussion at the event was a powerful convergence of lived experience, psychological expertise, and neuroscience; sparking honest, transformative conversations about mindset and mental resilience.

Panelist Tiya Gorain (BWB Founder) shared insights on mindset and brain rewiring from a neuroscience perspective. The science of how we can literally reshape our neural pathways to transform the way we think, feel, and show up in life never fails to spark something in a room, and this audience was no exception.

Panelist and guest of honour Dr. Peter Gangemi, ex-Mayor of the Hills Shire Council, spoke with raw authenticity about how mindset carried him through his toughest chapters, while panelist Dr. Sangeeta Jain (Psychologist) brought grounded, professional wisdom drawn from years of working with the human mind. The conversation was rich, real, and deeply relevant. A huge credit goes to Alaka Satapathy, owner of 24 Pods (https://www.24pods.com.au) & Digiware, who guided the panel discussion with grace and kept the energy focused and flowing as moderator.

As Swaran Singh beautifully highlighted, powerful community events don’t happen in isolation. They are built on the strength of meaningful collaborations and shared vision.

The afternoon was filled with incredible contributions from a remarkable lineup. Peter Damo delivered a compelling talk on wellness and mental health that left the audience with both reflection and practical tools. The art therapy session by Kamal Kothari, owner of Artist Hub Sydney (https://www.artisthubsydney.com) was an absolute highlight; fun, freeing, and a beautiful reminder that healing doesn’t always look serious. Guests embraced their inner child through drawing and doodling in a session that brought pure joy to the room.

Tim Collins graced the afternoon with his stunning voice, adding a warmth to the room that words can barely capture.

Dr. Malini Amav shared a powerful and heartfelt message about her blood donation drive, a timely reminder that community wellbeing extends beyond the mind and into acts of compassion that save lives.

Stallholder Hina Arora took a moment to share her events business, Panache Royale, a beautiful blend of elegance and vision that resonated with everyone in the room.

Meenu Riyat (www.instagram.com/intuitive_astrologi), a gifted astrologer, added a touch of magic to the day by offering a free reading to one lucky draw winner.

Stallholder Kiren Walia, owner of KMR Candles, brought a warm, sensory presence to the event with her stunning display of candles, each one a little work of art that drew guests in with their glow and fragrance.

Anirudh Singh brought the event to a beautiful close with a guided meditation that left every soul in the room feeling centred and at peace, a gentle reminder that stillness is where all transformation begins.

A special thank you to Lence Naumovski, who generously offered free health and wellness scans to all guests, a thoughtful and meaningful gift to the room. And to Shilpa Aukhez, who held the entire event together as a brilliant emcee, making it all look effortless.

Heartfelt thanks also to Shayne and Pushpa for their invaluable support on the day.

Many thanks to Aircity for being our ticketing partner.

Events like Mind Over Matter are a reminder of why this work matters. The conversations we are willing to have about mental wellness, mindset, and community are the ones that change lives. BWB is deeply grateful to everyone who showed up, contributed, and made the day what it was.
