Sometimes, when someone has hurt us, disappointed us or crossed a boundary, all of our attention can go towards them.
What they did. Why they did it. What they should have done differently.
But when we gently bring the focus back to ourselves, we get curious about something we can influence: our patterns, our perspective and the choices available to us now.
And little by little, that's how we reclaim our power.
Where might life be inviting you to bring the focus back to you? π₯°
Big hug! xx

Sometimes we give because it feels beautiful and true to who we are.
And sometimes, underneath all that giving, there's a quiet hope that it will earn us love, recognition, belonging or reciprocity.
No judgement. Just curiosity. What is driving your giving? π©·
Nothing in life stays still. And neither do we.
Sometimes what we call βstuckβ is simply a moment in which we canβt yet see the movement.
What might change if you looked at where you are from a different perspective? π
You have more awareness, more experience and more capacity than you once did.
Trust the version of you that's here now. πͺπ₯°
Sometimes we forget just how far we've come.
The person who started this journey is not the same person navigating life today.
You've built greater awareness, deeper self-trust and a capacity to hold things that perhaps, once upon a time, would have completely overwhelmed you.
And I think we forget that sometimes.
We look at the uncertainty we're facing today and wonder, can I handle this?
Without acknowledging all the evidence that says: you already have!
So today, give yourself a big hug and acknowledge how far you've come. π
And here's a hug from me too. xx
Just when I think I've mastered a lesson, life lovingly presents me with another opportunity to practise it. π
Turns out personal growth isn't about becoming perfect.
It's about becoming more compassionate with our beautifully imperfect humanity.
Before my day starts, I take a few moments to prepare the room.
Not because I have to.
Because I want to.
It's my way of slowing down, setting an intention, and creating a space where people can simply be.
A space for honesty.
For vulnerability.
For reflection.
For coming home to themselves.
It's a privilege I never take for granted. ππ
For a long time, I thought belonging was something I had to find.
What I've come to realise is that it begins much closer to home. π₯°
The more we learn to accept ourselves, trust ourselves, and be ourselves, the easier it becomes to create meaningful connections with others.
Feeling incredibly grateful for the beautiful people I get to share this chapter of life with.

thank you for opening the doors of your gorgeous clinic to The Love Approach Project, love ya!! π
There was a relationship in my life that I regretted for a very long time.
And for a long time, I blamed myself for it too.
Looking back now, I see things differently.
Because sometimes we don't need a different past.
We need a different perspective.
What if all of it was part of the path?
I'd love to know what resonated with you.
Big hug xx

There is something amazingly freeing about no longer needing everyone else's approval.
Self-awareness has a way of quieting that noise.
