The 2026 Australian Ocean Racing Series kicks off in a couple of months. The work you put in today will be the rewards you celebrate later. 👊💪

From Adelaide to Sydney Harbour and the Northern Beaches, then across to for the Shaw and Partners WA Race Week - the 2026 Shaw and Partners AORS is coming!

Not long now until we get to decide who is the best oceanpaddler in country. The SHAW AND PARTNERS AUSTRALIAN OCEAN RACING SERIES kicks off soon with the first event in South Australia, (Race 3 SA Ocean Series) and culminating with the FENN WEST COAST DOWNWIND in WA. The national champ across all categories will come from three races within the series. The "big ones" , SHAW AND PARTNERS 20 BEACHES and SHAW AND PARTNERS DOCTOR are must dos with your final points coming from any of the other events during the year.
This season also features a dedicated National Champs for double skis.
The MANLY WHARF BRIDGE TO BEACH will incorporate the Double Ski Champs to find out who is our best pair across a range of double categories.
The event still has all the single categories making it a great opportunity to earn some points towards your national ranking.
Big numbers expected across all events as paddlers as paddlers battle for championship honours.

The time just before we embark on one of our trips/expeditions always plays on the nerves.
Will the weather work, have we provided the right craft for the particpants, drinks food all good, and most importantly will those coming along, enjoy it.
Our final Abrolhos Trip for the year starts in a couple of days. We have a pretty experienced group on board for this one so we should manage to get the whole group out into some decent stuff. There is always plenty do if the wind doesn't play ball. The Abrohlos is a very special place with a very interesting, dark back story.
Two trips to go after this one, Tahiti followed by our second Ningaloo Dreaming trip for the year.

Plenty of news to come after a long off season off from oceanpaddling.
The SHAW AND PARTNERS AORS kicks off in a couple of months from now, in Adelaide.
It will be followed by the HARBOUR CITY DOUBLE HEADER (BRIDGE TO BEACH and THE CHUCKY) This year the B to B will have the national double ski title up for grabs.

The SHAW AND PARTNERS 2O BEACHES follows soon after then its across to the condensed version of the SHAW AND PARTNERS WA RACE WEEK.

The final event on the program will be the FENN WEST COAST DOWNWIND.

We are now opening up transport options from the East Coast for the WA events.

Once again there will be containers going from RACE ONE SURFCRAFT on the Goldy and OCEANPADDLER at North Manly.
