I’ve been pretty quiet on this page recently.

So I thought I’d drop in a little update on all things new!

I have been very lucky over the last few months to be building my experience and opportunities with The HIIT Movement Rouse Hill

All of my work hours are currently being done at the studio:

PT
Floor coaching group fitness
Reformer Pilates
6 week challenges

It’s been a busy busy 6 months and I’ve been very blessed to be able to be part of this amazing small family business.

As of April I will no longer be running my own business of PT in Beaumont Hills.

I still have the option for everyone to PT with me at The Hiit Movement so reach out if your keen.

Otherwise come check out the classes, reformer and more at HIIT so you don’t miss me too much!

See you all soon!

Eat simple, include good sources of protein, veggies and carbs.

Keep it simple and don’t overthink the process.

As we head into the new year and we set new goals and resolutions I cannot express to you enough that -

‘your weight on the scales is not the only factor to consider’ ⚖️

These pictures show me at the exact same weight. 🤪

Pic on the right is me at the moment in my off season of my second round of body building, very little cardio 10000 steps of just daily movements not intentional walks along with 5 days of strength training. 💪🏻

Left was in 2014 and I was just running and eating very low protein. 🏃🏽‍♀️

🧠My mindset this week has been crazy as I’m feeling uncomfortable in my own skin I felt heavy and extremely triggered by my scale weight.

However, the scales show one thing and one thing only. These pictures are enough proof that I’m doing ok! Really ok!

So if you are starting your own journey or resetting remember the scales are not your only measure of success.

Take the pictures and measurements, stay active and fuel well.

If you need help and support on your journey I’ve got 3 spaces open for online only. Reach out if you’d like more information and are ready to start or reignite!

Food, fuel that’s all it really is.

Make it enjoyable and it becomes premium fuel.

Always trust the process.

This epic couple followed my advice, set goals and didn’t deprive themselves of living life.

THEY enjoyed life, foods THEY loved and social life.

THEY just followed simple steps to set consistent results.

Proud coach 🤩

Happy New Rear!

2023 will see my journey take a path I never thought I’d take.

Learning, growth and mindset shifts will be happening.

Purposeful relationships and energy will continue.

Focus and trust from and to clients will be consistent.

Happy 2023 - let’s go!

As you walk into 2023 remind yourself of not what you want to achieve in the year ahead but instead what you’ve already achieved.

Then as you realise what your already capable of, set the new standard.

Goals can be overwhelming if we don’t make them smart.

In order for you to sometimes realise your true potential you may need to talk it through with a friend, boss, coach or trainer.

As a coach myself I make sure I set the goals in steps, blocks or bench marks to achieve the longer term goal.

As someone who is also coached, I know the impact of talking things through, bouncing ideas and timelines around.

Top tip - be open to flexibility and changing the goal posts in order to achieve your potential.

Are you ready for 2023?

Holiday vibes.

It’s been a shift in temperature for us holidaying in the UK. A shift in routine and mindset too.

As a routine human I’ve just been having to go with the flow and adapt my choices.

Still been training at a local gym and moving as much as possible. But also remembering that these moments of reconnecting and rest is also warranted.

Embracing the moments, the downtime and mindset shift.

Also taking time to reflect and set my intentions for when I get home to 🇦🇺

Let’s talk rest.

My assumption was I’d get off my 26 hour flight from one side of the world to the other and be ready to carry on training.

Reality was the fatigue and jet lag was harder than I thought. I wasn’t eating half the calories I was meant to be so my body was telling me.

This coupled with embracing family time and visits, which has been top priority, has meant I haven’t trained for 6 days.

Having my coach on hand has been amazing and she has given me the confirmation and encouragement to just let the process happen. Thank you ❤️

I slept a solid night sleep last night for the first time in a week so tomorrow I feel the need to train and my food has come slightly back up to give me the energy to do it!

Rest and relaxation is OK! As much as my mind has been fighting me and I’ve been worried it’s actually totally ok to embrace life, change of pace and allow yourself to enjoy the present moment with limited detriment to your progress.

Happy holidays 🎅🏻

It’s time for me to take a well earned break.

My last time off was Easter and I need this break more than you know.

It’s been a year of learning, improving, going through a bodybuilding competition for the first time and managing a new timetable of work life balance.

It’s been a very successful year for me in many many ways, I don’t tend to set New Year’s resolutions as my goals are always in process regardless of the time of year.

However, I have decided 2023 will see me dedicate my time and energy where it is valued and appreciated. I will be throwing myself into my work and connections that fill my cup.

My biggest advice to you all is do the same, life is so short, so precious and you never know when a huge f****** ball of fire will come and knock you down.
