100X Fitness System does well because it takes a lot of the good stuff such as -movements,exercises and easy-going trainers ; it’s pretty damn obvious that this is a system for everyone. People in their twenties, thirties, forties, fifties, mums, dads, cousins, Jack Russell Terriers.
Even my best Mate's Chihuahuas are smashing it! It doesn’t really matter what level you’re at; Anybody can do it.... if Willing.....
