Hi All ,
I wanted to let you know that the decision to close the Uncoil Pilates Studio has now been made. Last sessions will be on Friday, 26th May.
After 29 years of teaching exercise across three different businesses, I’ve decided to have a change of direction.
I consider myself very privileged to have delivered thousands of hours of exercise and health mentoring sessions to many, many people aka “clients” and of course to those who I call my friends .
The laughter, love, tears and swearing have kept me going for all these years.
Thank you to all the allied health professionals, teachers ,mentors and business associates who have also provided great support and partnerships.
As I transition into my next professional chapter, I wish you all the very best .
