Throughout your lifetime they grow, change, communicate information - all transmitted through an intricate series of receptors, neurons and nerves. When is the last time you we slow enough, still enough to hear what your body had to say? If you did hear it, did you really listen or did you ask her to be quiet or to wait until later?
