Stretch n play is an eight week program designed by Physiotherapists and yoga enthusiasts.

This program introduces kids to activities that can be done anywhere, at any time, which will improve and maintain their cardiorespiratory health. Activities include short bursts of high intensity workout, followed by introduction to Pilates/ Yoga types of movements and finishes with meditation.
