How many people are in the classes at CPS?

Our studio is intimate and focused. The group classes are small - max of 4 clients - so you never feel lost in a crowd. This allows your instructor to really watch your form, offer hands-on feedback, and personalise your workout.

If you prefer more attention and guidance we also offer private and duet sessions.

At CPS, you’re always seen, supported, and moving at your level.

What equipment do we use in class?

Pilates has some of the most original equipment in the fitness world.

At CPS, you’ll use al the apparatus like the Reformer, Wunda Chair, Cadillac (Trap Table), High Barrel, Spine Corrector, and more.

You will be using resistance to help guide your body safely through an endless variety of repertoire, adding support or challenge where you need it. We also incorporate smaller props such as resistance bands, balls, hand weights and magic circles to keep things fresh and fun.
Pilates is not just workout, it’s a full-body, intelligent movement system.

🧘‍♀️ “Is Pilates like yoga?” is one of the most common questions we hear and while both practices connect mind and body, they’re quite different in how they get you moving.
Pilates focuses more on strength, stability, and alignment through precise, controlled movements using specialised Pilates equipment as well as mat work. Yoga tends to focus more on flexibility, breathwork, and flow-based poses.
Both are fantastic for your body and mind, but Pilates is especially effective for building strength from the inside out.
