🎧To celebrate 15 years of , we’re teaming up with Hiscoes Gym for a special November aerobics intensive starring Retrosweat All-Star, Kristina.

📼Prepare ye for four weeks of classic 1980s-inspired aerobics, fabulous 1980s music, feel-good/camp choreography and the kind of endorphin high you just can’t get from exercising alone. This course of 8 classes is designed by Kristina with the specific intention of kickstarting your Summer. Think of it as some major “inner spring cleaning.”🧹🌺

🦋Whether you’re a seasoned sweater or an aerobics newbie, this is your invitation to move your body, lift your spirits and spring into summer with us! It’s an including space and a safe environment for EVERY BODY.

When: 7.30pm Mondays and Thursdays throughout November
