Football doesn’t happen without our referees, and we had some of our absolute best out at Valentine Sports Park representing Football St George and St George Football Referees Association Inc. for the Champion of Champions finals!
Great chatting with the crew after a cracking 16s final that went right down to the wire.
We have so much respect to all our refs for the hard work, commitment, and class they show week in, week out. Thankyou all ⭐️

HEAVY HEARTS, BUT A VERY PROUD CLUB! 🖤 💛
These are the moments that test character, build resilience, and set the foundation for future success.
This is the raw side of football finals, sometimes it just isn’t your day, the boys should be immensely proud of their efforts not just today, but across an incredible season.
Keep your heads held high Arncliffe Aurora Football Club
It’s already an Incredible effort getting this far, and thank you for representing Football St George with pride all year long! ⚽️
For the love of football isn’t going anywhere 🤣

Seven-time Champion of Champions!
Unreal scenes as the Over 45s Minotaurs secure yet another title, proving absolute dominance once more.
Is this a FNSW record? We are going to find out ASAP!
Thank you to everyone who came out to Valentine park to support our 5 clubs and 6 teams in Football St George.

HURSTVILLE MINOTAURS OVER 45s 2026 CHAMPIONS! 🏆
Massive congratulations to Hurstville City Minotaurs on securing their 7th Champion of Champions title! 🖤
Over 45s player, Abu Ali bagged a double to seal the win, making it look like “just another day in the office”.
He reflects on the victory, mindset on matchday, and what bringing this trophy home means to the club and the Football St George community.

There is always beauty and heartbreak in football…
Dolls Point FC Over 35s unfortunately came up short in the champion of champions final.
It takes an incredible amount of work, and every single player, coach, and supporter involved should be immensely proud of the journey.
Sometimes you leave everything out there on the pitch, play the full 90 and sometimes the opposition just edges it.

Todays Champion of Champions U16 Girls final didn’t go the way Rockdale Ilinden FC Juniors wanted, but reaching a State Grand Final is an incredible achievement in itself.
Not many players can say they’ve made it to a champion of champions, and our U16 Rockdale girls should be massively proud of the year they’ve had!
As Coach George notes, half of this squad is actually playing up in the 16s as 14 and 15-year-olds to test themselves and push their development!
Dominating the early stages against top-tier competition proves just how bright the future is for these girls and the pathway we’re building at Football St George.
