Dumbbell Swiss Ball Alternating Chest Press: 💪🏼
Our tip for this exercise is getting the correct setup! Sit on the Swiss Ball and roll yourself forward until just the top of your back and shoulders rests on it 💥
Then lift your hips up in line with your shoulders and squeeze the glutes - the body should look like it’s lay on a flat bench before you begin your press 🔥
