Meditation is the ultimate mobile device; you can use it anywhere, anytime, unobtrusively.

In case you didn’t know ♥️👇🏽
Dear Human,
You’ve got it all wrong.
You didn’t come here to master unconditional love.
That is where you came from and where you’ll return.
You came here to learn personal love.
Universal love. Messy love. Sweaty love.
Crazy love. Broken love. Whole love.
Camera
Infused with divinity. Lived through the grace of stumbling.
Demonstrated through the beauty of… messing up.
Often.
You didn’t come here to be perfect. You already are.
You came here to be gorgeously human. Flawed and fabulous.
And then to rise again into remembering.
But unconditional love? Stop telling that story.
Love, in truth, doesn’t need ANY other adjectives.
It doesn’t require modifiers.
It doesn’t require the condition of perfection.
It only asks that you show up. And do your best.
That you stay present and feel fully.
That you shine and fly and laugh and cry and hurt and heal and fall and get back up and play and work and live and die as YOU.
It’s enough.
It’s Plenty.

Happy New Year & Welcoming the Year of the Water Rabbit 🐰2023
At the start of each year, people of many cultures look forward to the new Chinese zodiac designation and its meanings.
The rabbit is believed to be the luckiest of the 12 animals and considered a gentle animal that thinks before acting.
The Year of the Rabbit represents peaceful and patient energy. The water element suggests tapping into inner wisdom and trusting instincts.
Together, the Water Rabbit indicates focusing on relationships, diplomacy, and building bridges in professional and personal relationships.
What’s your intention for this year? What are you taking with you and growing and what are you leaving behind to make space for something new? Tell us in comments below👇🏽

Happy New Moon 🌙
Enjoy newly uploaded meditations by .yoga including a new moon meditation now on
👇🏽
The dark moon can feel like a pause, the way the breath pauses after the exhale and before the next inhale begins. There is a sweet invitation of expansion as the inhale begins, and it is in that sweetness, that sense of infinite possibility that creates the foundation for this new moon meditation.” Words by Spiritually & Health ✨🙏🏽🌙

Monday morning musing… with a poem by Rabindrinath Tagore.
"Peace, My Heart"
Peace, my heart, let the time for
the parting be sweet.
Let it not be a death but completeness.
Let love melt into memory and pain
into songs.
Let the flight through the sky end
in the folding of the wings over the
nest.
Let the last touch of your hands be
gentle like the flower of the night.
Stand still, O Beautiful End, for a
moment, and say your last words in
silence.
I bow to you and hold up my lamp
to light you on your way.
The Bengal poet, Rabindrinath Tagore, wrote this poem as part of his cycle, "The Gardener." In this, he uses "peace" in the sense of finding peace in the face of impending death.
One of my first yoga teachers would often say in our yoga class, “die to this moment”. I used to think it was so morbid, until I realised the truth. In releasing that all we have in this moment, in fact we are dying in every moment. It’s actually quite enlightening. Thank you Louise Sears .arts 🙏🏽✨
