Chi Sau Club teaches Wing Chun Kung Fu. Training methods follow the teachings of Grandmaster Chu Shong Tin

Chi Sau Club was formed in 2007, by several instructors from the International Wing Chun Academy, following the passing of their sifu, Grandmaster Jim Fung. Grandmaster Fung was a student of the legendary Grandmaster Chu Shong Tin. The instructors at Chi Sau Club aim to pass on the teachings of Chu Shong Tin in a pure and unadulterated fashion.

Chum Kiu, roughly translated as "Seeking the Bridge" is the second form in Wing Chun and teaches students how to move and rotate their centre of mass in order to move the body in space. Combined with the first form, Siu Nim Tao, practitioners learn how to engage the opponent without compromising either attack or defence capability. Where Siu Nim Tao instructs and develops the correct thought process and mind body connection Chum Kiu teaches how to "bridge the gap" to engage with your opponent.
