Thank you to all our families who were able to share some down time during this hectic time. It was such a lovely day. Big thank you to co secretary Michelle who made it all happen.

Zone 4 qualifying race nights will be hosted by Riverstone Dolphins, at Riverstone Pool (Market Street), Riverstone on the following Saturday nights

16th November 2019 - Free, Back, Breast, Fly
23rd November 2019 – Back, Breast, Fly, Free
30th November 2019 – Breast, Fly, Free, Back
7th December 2019 – Fly, Free, Back, Breast

Events: 50M Free, 50M Back, 50M Fly, 50M Breast, 100M Free
Please Note: 100M Freestyle trials will take place for 12 years & under and 13 years & over on each of the
above nights

Gates Open - 6pm
Warm Up - 6pm to 6.30pm (Marshaling to commence 6.30pm)
Pool Entry - $3 per person
Meet Starts - 6.45pm Sharp
Race Entries - $2 per event

All entrants will swim in all heats at the age they will be on SATURDAY 14th March, 2020. Swimmers shall not swim out of their age group.

Age Groups: 8 years & under, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 years and Seniors
(Seniors shall be 17 years to under 25 years)
Ribbons will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place getters in each age group in each stroke

• To be eligible for selection as the representative in a stroke, swimmers must compete at 3 out of the 4 meets.
• All competitors must be financial and participating First Claim Swimmers of an affiliated R.S.L. Youth Club.
• To be considered for Medley Reserve, the swimmer must swim all 4 strokes.
• At the State Championships, no swimmer shall swim in more than two (2) individual events and two (2) relay events in each age group.
• The only exception to this rule will be the male and female swimmers who will be chosen to compete in the OPEN 100M Freestyle event at State Championships. There will be one male and one female selected in the 12 years and under, and one male and one female chosen in the 13-24 year age groups to compete in the Open 100M Freestyle events.

Selection of Zone 4 Representatives in each age group for each event will be made from the swimmers gaining fastest times in the elimination heats.
Reserve swimmers will also be selected in each age group.

The decision of the selectors shall be final.

The R.S.L. State Swimming Championship will be held at either Penrith or Mt Druitt (TBA) on SATURDAY 14th March 2020.

There will be a BBQ available on each night. Volunteers will be required for each night.
