Reading Patanjali Yogah Surta, 3rd time more than half of it and now I started understanding it, also started reading the shlokas, the more you understand this book, it opens up amazing facts about daily life living, small adjustments we can all make and at the same time highlighting the importance of following disciplined and surrendered life. It’s a must read for opening up the doors to awareness, consciousness, feel the superpower within you 🌺🌿🦜🙏
