At our Olympic Lifting Seminar by , we focused on more than just barbells. We focused on confidence, technique, movement quality, and creating a space where we can learn and grow together.

Feeling so grateful for an unreal morning with , learning optimal technique surrounded by a fab bunch of folks. No better way to spend a Sunday! We had some of our regular Tone Tribe and friends from across Sydney (shout out to those who crossed the bridge and came up our way!). Amazing to learn and lift, guided by a former Olympian!

The gym has a funny way of mirroring life.
And the air bike? It doesn’t lie.

It’s hard. It’s uncomfortable. It tests you.
But it also reminds you, you can do hard things.

On the days it feels like too much:
