What does success mean to you ?
For me it’s all the title wins along the way. If we are relating it to back pain and fitness it could mean less pain, getting your socks on more easily and running again with no problems.
Make short term goals and follow a consistent program to begin achieving these small wins each week and before you know it you will hit big successful goal - always give 110%

If your back pain is bad- imagine yourself in six months time.
You have two options-
1. look back and see the improvement and strength. You could came out the other side better than ever.
2. look back and realise you haven't changed, in fact you feel worse!
You can choose to hold off and still struggle for years or you can choose a life of betterment.
The choice is yours!

To progress you have to do something - something different and you have to step outside your comfort zone in terms of exercise and mobility.
Sometimes our back is sore and we are uncertain of what to do or if we should do anything at all.
But you need to be doing just the right amount to stimulate the body without overdoing it in order to progress and work towards getting the results that you deserve.

You must make the decision to actually do the work, put in all the effort that’s required to hit your goals and reach your full potential.

So never give up you probably heard of that before right..🤔
But it’s sooo true, it’s so important that you stay consistent and work towards what your goals are.
If your back is sore, then you have to do the work!
There’s no getting around it- you have to be super consistent, diligent and put in the hard effort that’s required to get your desired outcome

If you want an exciting pain-free life get out of your comfort zone!
And you must believe in yourself.
You must believe in your system and your processes in order to succeed.
If you want to simply end your back pain and suffering you need to start believing in yourself- it all starts in your mind!
If you believe you can succeed then you can actually achieve great things.
We need to be working hard of course but we also need to have that self belief that we can do it!

Make the most of each day- it's an opportunity
to become better stronger and more resilient.
Making small improvements every day add up in the long-term to achieve a much bigger result.
The small things day in and day out, keeping that focus, keeping that momentum is going to give you some great results and a pain-free body and back.
I challenge you to get out there do a little bit consistently most days and you’ll get the rewards!

Working on your quality of movement is going to put less load on your body and it’s going to help you connect to your surroundings.
When you’re moving through functional activities like going upstairs, sitting in chairs, getting in an out of the car, picking up the shopping- just things in every day life- we need to have the correct movement pattern to limit our injuries.
And also limit the demand on our joints.
So make sure you’re brushing up on your every day functional movement patterns to love a pain free life.
