BIG shout out to OBS client Mariana Barrera for seeing huge overall body composition results in such a short period of time (3 weeks)
I usually like to wait 4 weeks before I re assess my clients to make sure the calories and macro ratios I recommended are on point. Because I have seen such obvious changes in Mariana's physique, I couldn't help but to reassess her a week earlier to see what the numbers showed. As I assumed, I was on point as Mariana put on a 1kg of lean mass while loosing over 2% body fat which is really good as she was already quite lean when she first came to see me.
As I always tell my clients... loosing weight is easy! Loosing body fat while putting on or maintaining muscle is a science. I much prefer the later option as I prefer my clients to look lean and healthy compared to looking skinny!
Keep up the good work Mari as your beach body is nearly ready πŸ’ͺ🏽πŸ’ͺ🏽

Happier, leaner, nightmare free OBS Client, Alison Cooper, was complaining early this week about getting severe nightmares when taking magnesium. When I asked her how much she was taking, she told me an amount that was much less then the amount that showed up in her kinesiology/muscle testing assessment. After reminding her that she needed to take a much higher amount of magnesium then average couch potato due to her high stress lifestyle, Alison was able to sleep without any night mares. This is because of magnesiums calming effects on the nervous system to help get into deeper sleep to as you are more prone to getting nightmares when your not in REM sleep mode!
Good to know that once again the muscle testing technique I use on clients to take out the guess work on which recommendation to make is right on the money 😊
