Remedial/deep tissue/sports massage as well as Swedish/therapeutic/relaxation, Kahuna Hawaiian massage, myofascial technique, trigger point therapy, aromatherapy massage, hot stone massage, bamboo massage, and lymphatic drainage. I've been a qualified PT since 2011 and have been working out at the gym since 2000. My approach to training is for overall health and well being and finding a healthy balance in life. I appreciate that no two people will have the same needs or goals and I cater my training sessions appropriately for each client. I work out of Bondi Gym which is at 32 Ebley Street in Bondi Junction. It is a very welcoming environment and isn't an overly busy gym, making it ideal for people that may feel a little intimidated by some of the gym chains that are full of very built body builders. The gym is across the road from a small park which can be used for some outdoor exercises during nicer days. I am happy to help out with dietary advice and come up with realistic meal plans to suit clients' lifestyles and goals. This would just be from my own life experience and knowledge. I am not a qualified nutritionist but still have a good general understanding of nutrition. Whether you want to build muscle, lose fat, have more energy, or become fitter or stronger; I am happy to create a training program to meet your needs. Depending on how often we train together, and how you train alone, I can set up training sessions to do by yourself between our sessions. I am a registered member with ATMS (Australian Traditional Medicine Society) for massage , and Fitness Australia for PT. I am insured through Marsh for both, which includes public liability and professional indemnity insurance. I can offer health fund rebates to all funds except HCF and Medibank Private
Massage rates are $60 for 30 minutes, $80 for 45 minutes, 100 for 60 minutes, $140 for 90 minutes, and $175 for two hours. Packages available for discounts as follows:
5 massages will receive 10% off
10 massages will receive 20% off
(These need to be paid in advance)
25% discount for students/pensioners/low income card holders booking for massage (valid current ID must be shown at time of booking to receive this discount)
Personal Training is either $80 per hour for members of Bondi Gym or $100 for non members which will include gym access. Gym membership prices are:
$23 per week on a 3 month contract
$19.50 per week on a 6 month contract
$17.25 per week on a 12 month contract
$15.35 per week for students/seniors on a 6 month contract
You can also buy a ten visit pass to use instead for $135
Gym opening hours are:
Monday-Thursday 6:00-21:30
Friday 6:00-20:30
Saturday 7:00-19:00
Sunday 8:00-14:00
You can do a combo massage and PT session for one hour of each for $175. The gym is only a block away so allow an extra fifteen minutes between the two. This is not available when booking the two separately. They must be booked one after the other. You can find me on Yelp at the link below:
