“I weighed 136.7 kg before joining the gym.
My scan came in at 127.3.
I’m pretty happy with that weight loss.
But me goal now is to push further with weight loss.
Get a bit more muscle and with that increase strength.
So yeh pretty much get in shape mate, be me best.
And also the mental health very important that comes with it.”
