R U OK? Day | Thursday, 10 September

If you’re thinking it, Ask R U OK? Any Day.

R U OK? Day is a reminder to check in with the people around us — but life’s ups and downs don’t happen on just one day.

Sometimes a simple “Are you OK?” can mean more than we realise. It can let someone know they’re cared about, supported and that someone is there to listen.

If someone has been on your mind, trust your instinct and start the conversation. You don’t need to have all the answers. Sometimes, simply listening without judgement can make a real difference.

💬 Ask R U OK? Any Day — because a conversation could change a life.

Watch the video to learn how you can start an R U OK? conversation and keep checking in with the people you care about, all year round.
