When you're pushing your limits in the gym, especially on exercises like the bench press, having a spotter isn't just helpful — it's essential. Here's why:
✅ Safety First – A spotter can literally save you from injury if you fail a rep. One slip under a heavy bar can cause serious harm.
✅ Confidence to Push Harder – Knowing someone has your back lets you lift heavier and go for that extra rep without fear.

With a lot of us, we get lazy and just take the easy path and get takeaway or just throw something in the airfryer and think about eating healthier later.
We have to spend some time in the kitchen and work on our cooking skills to work on healthy meals and keeping it fresh so we don't get bored of eating the same thing which will lead back to bad eatting habits.
Remember, the path you want to start on is changing to healthier choice of ingredients , choice of meals , portion size , limit takeout , junk food, and sugary drinks.
Putting more effort in the kitchen will lead to the results you want.

Hard work always pays off. We all juggle with our responsibilities in life such as work , family ,friends etc but we still have to make time for ourselves and the goals we want to achieve.
Sarah smashed last year and now has her goals set for this year. Her hard work has paid off and will continue to do so.
