Count down is on to the end of 2022 and the start of 2023!!! β¨
Personally I am keen to get back in the gym with my clients and kick some goals with the amazing people that surround me daily at
Throughout this holiday season I have enjoyed my food, spent time with my closest family and friends and hit some awesome sessions with some great people π
Heading into 2023 I will be preaching to you all the importance of putting yourself first! Putting your true needs, self-respect, and integrity first. 2023 is going to be about about doing what's best for your health in the long run.

Good mornings to start off a good day πͺπ»β¨
Look if Iβm being honest this is one of my least favourite exercises to do! πBut the good morning exercise is a highly effective back exercise that also puts the glutes and hamstrings to work so here I am doing my sets despite my personal feelings towards a exercise I programmed π€£
Moral of the story get in and get it done! Youβre here to improve yourself and being uncomfortable is apart of that process! π―π₯

Clean Muscle is officially on holidays!! π
Iβve decided to take the time to enjoy Christmas with my family and friends. Remember holiday times should be enjoyed, not spent worrying about calories or a number on a scale.

Why step out of your comfort zone? π€π
Stepping out of your comfort zone is one of the best things you can do to achieve rapid growth in your life π! Two years ago I stepped out of my comfort zone and took my first jui jitsu class. Despite this giving me a level of discomfort and fear of failure, I knew it was something I always wanted to do so I stepped up jumped into a 6 month membership.
Since joining Ronin academy I have made lifetime friends and had my life impacted in more ways then I can count! ππ»
By stepping out of your comfort zone and committing to a change to benefit your future is the best thing you can do β
πͺπ» If your dream is to step out of your comfort zone and join a gym or get a trainer.. do it!

How much rest should I take between sets?
β‘οΈ This depends on the exercise due to some exercises being more demanding on the body than others. It also needs to be considered what your primarily goal is and what your fitness level is at currently. I ensure to set appropriate rest times into your tailored programs using an app for easy use!

Taking the time to schedule time to recover correctly is essential. This experience assisted me to get my sleep back on track, let my mind have a well needed break and helped me become more mindful of my current practices in place for sleep health. π€
