Banded ssb squats 155kg + 60kg of bands at the top with some westside math thats a 280kg lowbar squat.
5x8 ssb squats
1 strip set on hack squat from 6 plates to empty.
In the lab with and trying to put together the perfect row, next time I will try lowering the decline a little more and adding some bands for more tension at the top.
Love the process, also find cool people to spend time with. D&D s**t talking between sets.

110kg single after 3 sets of 6 @ 90kg
Im back, rough as hell but its good to be lifting decent weight again.
Tick tock its almost deadlift time again.
Everything is moving well and soon I'll be able to start testing where my injury is at.

270kg x 3. Only a couple weeks out but its coming together nicely, lets see if I can manage my lofty goals come comp day.

Well now I think its PR time with a new billet steel lever. Now I dont have to worry about blowing out another lever ever.
Decided I should keep adding plates untill i couldnt do a tripple then do the math. I ended up with 270kg x 2 then another single just to feel it out. Excited for startic monsters where I pulled 275kg as my max last year.
