Looking for a pre-workout that is easy quick and doesn't contain heaps of nasties? Well I thought I would share one that I recommend to my ladies (particularly those who train first thing in the morning).
This contains real coffee (which taken 30 minutes before a workout will give you that little kick you need), a small amount of both protein and carbs so you can go hard, not feel sick.
Anyway - have attached below. (You can change the milk for water if you want - my preference is almond milk)

Not another challenge.
Not because challenges are “bad”… but because most of them are built to give you a short-term win that you can’t actually live with.
If you’re stuck losing the same 20kg over and over, the problem isn’t your willpower.
It’s the model.
Fast loss → aggressive restriction → burnout → rebound → “I’ll start again Monday.”
That cycle (weight cycling / yo-yo dieting) is linked with worse cardiometabolic outcomes including increased risk signals for things like type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease and mortality.
Our philosophy is boring in the best way:
Train for the body you want to have in 5 years.
Not the body you want to squeeze into in 5 weeks.

Yesterday, we hosted Zonta Club of Townsville Inc at the studio for their Xmas Hamper packing day.
A total of 8 large boxes filled with food items, presents and gift cards to take the pressure off these families at Xmas.
