We will select various locations throughout the week and possibly your workplace will score a visit from the team. Not only do we stock all your favourite supplements, we also have qualified personal trainers to talk you through what is going to be beneficial FOR YOU. Speaking of personal training......YES we do that to. Our team lives and breaths training and have been doing so for many years. We will be introducing Townsville a new form of group training with all the intensity, focus, drive that you would expect to receive in a one-on-one session with a personal trainer. No we wont be conducting the same 12 week challenges that Townsville is full of. TEAM TESTED believe in focusing on individual clients and the best way to do that is keeping class numbers low. You will never attend a group session and be ignored by our trainers and our classes will be capped at 20. Group session include:
