💛 R U OK? DAY — A CONVERSATION COULD CHANGE A LIFE 💛

Today is a reminder that checking in with someone doesn’t need to be complicated.

Sometimes a simple “Are you OK?” can be the start of a conversation someone really needs.

At Pony Club, we’re more than riders, coaches, volunteers, families and friends — we’re a community. Looking out for one another is just as important outside the arena as it is inside it.

💛 Check in with your friends, teammates and fellow volunteers.
💛 Listen without judgement.
💛 Give them time to talk.
💛 Encourage support if they’re struggling.
💛 And don’t forget — it’s okay to tell someone when you’re not OK too.

You don’t need to have all the answers. Sometimes simply being there can make all the difference.

KPC have decided to cancel tomorrows rally day due to the predicted cold,wet weather for tomorrow. If you have paid for a come and try day it will still be valid for next month if you would like to come along then. See you next month. Enjoy todays glorious sun.
