Come down and enjoy our large range of activities from swimming lessons and squad training, to recreational swimming in our 25m indoor, toddler and hydrotherapy heated pools, as well as our seasonal outdoor 50m solar heated pool. We have a fully equipped gymnasium with the latest and greatest cardio equipment, free weights and pin-loaded machines. For any questions that you need answered, we are here to help you feel comfortable on your fitness journey. You'll also find a brand-new group fitness studio offering a wide variety of group fitness classes, morning & night, to cater for all fitness levels. 📣 Help lead health and fitness services in our community

Ulladulla Leisure Centre is seeking an experienced and passionate Health and Fitness Coordinator to join the team!

This permanent full-time role will oversee the day-to-day operation of the centre’s health and fitness facilities and programs, while leading and supporting the health and fitness team.

You’ll also help shape services that encourage participation, promote wellbeing and create a positive experience for members and the wider community.

🔎 We’re looking for someone who is:

● Experienced in the health, fitness or leisure industry
● A confident team leader and people developer
● Passionate about inclusive, accessible and high-quality fitness services
● Focused on customer service, safety and continuous improvement
● Qualified with a Certificate IV in Fitness, or equivalent

🕒 Permanent full time (38 hours per week)

Following community consultation, we’re honoured to recognise Margie’s lasting connection to the Ulladulla Sea Pool through the name Margie Sheedy Sea Pool.

More than 300 people shared their views, with an overwhelming majority supporting the tribute to a much-loved local community champion.

The AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety course is coming to Ulladulla Leisure Centre on 12 & 13 September 2026.

This nationally recognised course is ideal for anyone looking to start a career in aquatic education, retrain for a new role, or build skills for flexible, rewarding work in the community.

Participants will gain practical training in swimming and water safety teaching, lesson planning, safe supervision, and rescue and emergency response skills.

💙 WORLD DROWNING PREVENTION WEEK WRAP-UP 💙

A huge thank you to everyone who took part and helped raise awareness during World Drowning Prevention Week.

Whether you attended lessons and learnt a new life skill, started conversations at reception or on the pool deck, wore blue to your lesson, or joined in with our colouring and activity sheets, every little action helped make a difference.

We’re so grateful to our amazing staff, swim instructors and members who got involved and helped make the week such a success.

Let’s continue to turn the tide on drowning!
