This is a great run for Tynan and good signs for his upcoming Ironman build.

Erin Covelli raced aggressively to put herself in podium contention, Mel Wilson delivered another strong performance, and James Patterson conquered his first Ironman with an impressive 12:44 finish.

Big shout out to the super sisters, Amanda Wilson and Jemima Geitz on taking 2nd and 3rd females overall in the Great ocean road Running Festival Half Marathon this morning. Both ladies had a solid efforts with Jemima rounding out the female podium in her first half marathon ever.

Big big shout out to Oliver Anthony, running a 14:44 5k this morning at Lakeside 5k!
Amanda Wilson also hit her straps with a 17:33 and winning the 40+ age group. Solid outcome in a half marathon build.
Mackinlee Carroll ran a 17:29 which is also great outcome.
