Working Bee Weekend.

Please note that we will be closing the track for the weekend of the 26th-27th September for track works.

The track will be open on Sunday 27th, for our weekend helpers only. To qualify, turn up and help for a couple of hours either on the saturday or sunday, and you can practice on Sunday for FREE (or chose a different day to redeem your free practice, if you prefer).

We have plenty of jobs going on, big and small - come & help us to ensure that our track & grounds are maintained for our members & visitors to continue to enjoy.

We have some pretty awesome members out here at Manning Valley Kart Club !!

One of our local endurance teams is using their love of karting & Motorsport to help raise money for Camp Quality 🫶

Well done to Endurance Racing Club for donating a portion of every entry at their upcoming round at Canberra Kart Racing Club.

Grant, who has been volunteering with Camp Quality for the past two years, had the children design & decorate the kart sticker kits, filling it with their creativity, courage and spirit.

Every lap driven wiill represent kids facing cancer and the incredible strength they show every day.

A message from Grant:

"I have been involved in motorsport and racing for more than 20 years, and it is something I am extremely passionate about. I wanted to find a way to give back to a cause that means a lot to me while doing something I love.

Every donation will help us raise more money for Camp Quality and the children and families they support.

I would love to use something I have been passionate about for more than 20 years — racing — to give something back and help make a difference to children and families who need it.

Laughter is the best medicine."

Today we had 13 drivers participating in come & try sessions !! Some, who are already looking for their very own Kart, so they can get back out on track ASAP!!

Thank you to Ian, Tyler & Sean for running the day (and working hard keeping the karts running)! A massive effort, so thank you.

Also, a big thank you to our licenced drivers for their patience & understanding as we fit the sessions in between normal practice sessions. We all know though, that these days are an essential part of getting new drivers, which in turn creates more members, more entries and more helpers & officials.

If you are interested in organising to have a go before going out to purchase your own kart, send us a message and we will put you on our wait list for future come & try sessions. If you have reached out to us previously & have not recently heard back, please get back in contact with us.

Congratulations to the 2026 SEK Endurance National Champions - our very own Manning Valley Kart Club drivers Royce Sutherland, Andrew Mitchell, Tyler Budden with Team Manager, Grant Gaffa. These guys, who drove for Team MS, completed 14 hours and 1115 laps to take out the overall win 🏆

Well done to our other Manning Team winners - Wright Karts (Pete Lawler, David Burch, Phil King) - 1st in Class NSW & 2nd overall. And, Wed Racing (Beau Harper, Tyhe Harper & Luca Wasley) - 1st in Class NSW & 5th overall)

Congratulations to everyone who drove & those who managed to finish - such trying & changing conditions all weekend, you all deserve a medal !!
