Most fighters don’t break because they lack skill.
They break because pressure disorganizes the nervous system.

When breathing spikes, decision speed slows.
Vision narrows.
Timing leaks.
Structure collapses.

That’s why we don’t just train movement.
We train composure inside chaos.

A calm fighter can still think.
A regulated fighter can still access skill.
A disorganized fighter slowly loses access to everything they practiced.

The real objective is not surviving pressure.
The real objective is staying organized inside it.
