Happy anniversary HawX Gaming: A Decade of Dominance
HawX Gaming, a professional E-sports team from Bangladesh, started its journey on January 5th, 2015. Initially focused on Battlefield 3, the team gradually transitioned into Battlefield 4 and later expanded into the Counter-Strike community through Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. Their most recent venture has been in Rainbow Six: Siege.
Through participating in numerous online and LAN tournaments featuring national and international players, HawX Gaming has established itself as a veteran team within Bangladesh's E-sports community, living by the motto .
The Founding Story
In 2014, Mahir Muhammad (PR3D4TOR) a player of BDS, one of Bangladesh’s most prominent and first Battlefield clan founded by A.Alim Al Munzur Nasim (BDS Alim), Shamim Sharier Shaikat (SuperGamer, 2Faceyyy) and Nazmul Islam Abir (DEADLYABIR) were active members of the Alpha Gaming Empire Clan (AG3), founded by Ashif Shikdar (Darkslayer_bd). Another key member was (jUsTdOiT_bd).
A conflict arose between SuperGamer and jUsTdOiT_bd in the Teamspeak server, eventually leading SuperGamer to leave the clan. At that time, SuperGamer was a top player in AG3, and DEADLYABIR was determined not to lose him, especially since there was a possibility that SuperGamer might join MercenarieZ (MRCZ), a prominent Battlefield clan founded by Abdullah Al Farook (Crisisman). Meanwhile, DEADLYABIR, SuperGamer, and PR3D4TOR pooled their resources to buy a Teamspeak server from a well-known games and server seller, Tahsin Sayem. They named the server "BHAI BROTHERS" and later purchased a Battlefield 3 SG server. At the time, AG3 was divided into three groups: founding members and admins, Battlefield players, and others. Recognizing this instability, DEADLYABIR created a new clan with PR3D4TOR & SuperGamer.
However, they knew a three-man team wouldn’t be sustainable, Ultimately, PR3D4TOR, SuperGamer, and DEADLYABIR decided to bring in Maruf Chisty (AgentZ™) as the founder and leader of the new clan. Maruf Chisty, a senior member of AG3, had caught DEADLYABIR’s attention while playing Battlefield 3 in Noshar Canals under the name Maruf2010. With the support of AG3’s Player Safa Asgar (War_Machine_BD), Maruf Chisty was brought on board as an admin within AG3 by Ashif Shikdar, who entrusted him with significant control.
On January 4th, 2015, Maruf Chisty agreed to join the new venture. That night, Mohammad Zarif (SugerDaddy), Sakib Arman (FeelMyStyle), Irfan (JaSoN_X), Akib Hossain (SpitFire), and the rest of the team discussed potential names for their new clan. Maruf Chisty suggested "HawX," which the team quickly embraced. DEADLYABIR then asked Maruf Chisty to create the HawX Gaming Clan Battlefield 3 Platoon. That night, DEADLYABIR created the first logo for HAWX, drawing inspiration from the H*ntai Haven logo. Following that, he went on to create all the associated pages and groups.
By January 6th, 2015, they officially launched their page and other platforms, introducing themselves to the gaming community with their founding members. At the beginning of HAWX Gaming's journey, some veteran Battlefield 3 players came and taught tactics and strategies for excelling in Battlefield tournaments. They guided HawX Players in everything needed for competitive play. Among them was Som Banerjee (SABATOOR), an experienced Indian battlefield player from D-INDIANS (HIND), which was founded by MegaAkuma. Six to seven months later, HawX Gaming was dominating Battlefield 3. One day, Maruf Chisty expressed a strong desire to recruit Farhan Ahmed (ArgoDomas), a key player for the Virtual Elites (V3) clan founded by Salman Hossain (War_Criminal). Despite initial resistance, ArgoDomas eventually agreed to join HawX Gaming as V3 was disbanding due to management issues. Once onboard, ArgoDomas was officially welcomed by DEADLYABIR, who granted him the [HAWX] Teamspeak tag and other powers. This marked a significant milestone in the growth and success of HawX Gaming.
