One of the biggest myths about diastasis?

๐Ÿ‘‰ "If I lose weight, my belly will go away."

So many women spend years trying:

๐Ÿฅ— dieting
๐Ÿƒ doing more cardio
โš–๏ธ chasing a lower number on the scale

And when their stomach still looks pregnant...

They blame themselves.

They think they're not trying hard enough.

But what if the problem isn't your weight?

What if you've been trying to solve a functional problem with a nutritional solution?

Because diastasis is not simply about how much fat you have.

It's about how your body manages pressure.

How your core functions.

How your abdominal wall supports you.

That's why some women lose weight and still experience:

๐Ÿšฉ doming
๐Ÿšฉ weakness
๐Ÿšฉ pressure
๐Ÿšฉ a belly that pushes out

๐Ÿ’› You don't need another diet.

You need to understand what's really happening inside your body.

Stop blaming yourself.

Stop blaming your weight.

And start addressing the real issue.

If you've been trying everything and still don't feel comfortable in your body, send us the word DIASTASIS.

Let's find out what's really going on.

You can have the best strength certification.

You can know programming.

You can understand biomechanics.

You can coach hundreds of clients.

And still...

Not be prepared to coach a pregnant or postpartum woman.

Not because you're a bad coach.

Because most certifications barely touch women's health.

They don't teach you how pregnancy changes:

๐Ÿ‘‰ breathing
๐Ÿ‘‰ pressure management
๐Ÿ‘‰ pelvic floor function
๐Ÿ‘‰ abdominal function
๐Ÿ‘‰ movement strategies

So when a pregnant woman walks into your gym, many coaches do one of three things:

โ€ข They treat her like every other client.
โ€ข They become overly cautious and stop challenging her.
โ€ข They copy exercises they saw on Instagram.

None of those are real coaching.

Pregnancy and postpartum require more than exercise selection.

They require understanding what's happening inside the body.

Because your client isn't trusting you with her workout.

She's trusting you with her healthโ€”and in many cases, with the confidence to keep moving during one of the biggest physical changes of her life.

The fitness industry doesn't need more coaches.

It needs more coaches who truly understand women.

For many women, summer isn't stressful because of the beach.

It's stressful because of how they feel in their body.

Because everyone says:

๐Ÿ’› "You had a baby."
๐Ÿ’› "Your body is amazing."
๐Ÿ’› "Be proud."

And yes, all of that is true.

But it's also true that some women look in the mirror and don't recognise themselves anymore.

They avoid bikinis.

They avoid photos.

They sit with a towel over their stomach.

They don't fully relax at the pool.

They don't enjoy the beach the way they used to.

Not because they're superficial.

Not because they're obsessed with their appearance.

But because they don't feel comfortable in their own body.

And that hurts.

Especially when months โ€” or even years โ€” have passed since giving birth.

๐Ÿ’› If this is you, please know this:

You are not the only one.

And you don't have to accept it as your new normal.

Sometimes what looks like "a stubborn mummy tummy" is actually a diastasis, poor pressure management or a core that never recovered properly after pregnancy.

The good news?

Your body is not broken.

And it's not too late to start working on it.

Don't spend another summer hiding behind oversized t-shirts, towels or excuses.

You deserve to feel strong.
You deserve to feel confident.
You deserve to enjoy the beach without constantly thinking about your stomach.

๐Ÿ’› Send us the word DIASTASIS and let's talk about how we can help.

Before you got pregnant, you probably imagined summer looking very different.

Long walks.

Sunny days.

Relaxing by the pool.

Feeling that pregnancy glow everyone talks about.

Then reality arrives.

๐Ÿฅต You're exhausted after a short walk.

๐Ÿฆถ Your feet are swollen.

๐Ÿ˜ด Sleeping becomes a challenge.

๐Ÿ’ฆ You feel hotter than everyone else.

๐Ÿคฐ And suddenly everyone has advice.

"Don't exercise."

"You should walk more."

"You need to rest."

"Just listen to your body."

The hardest part isn't always the heat.

Sometimes it's not knowing who to listen to.

That's why at SuperMums we don't just offer pregnancy workouts.

We offer something many women miss when they're expecting:

๐Ÿ’› A place where you can ask every question.

๐Ÿ’› A place where you're surrounded by women going through exactly the same stage of life.

๐Ÿ’› A place where you realise that what you're feeling is often more common than you think.

Because pregnancy becomes much less overwhelming when you stop trying to figure everything out on your own.

If you're pregnant and looking for expert guidance and a community that truly understands you, send us the word JOIN.

We'd love to welcome you.

One of the most frustrating things we hear from women is:

๐Ÿ’ฌ "I've tried everything."

"I've done physiotherapy."

"I've done hypopressives."

"I've been doing core exercises for months."

"So why am I still struggling?"

The answer is usually not that those methods don't work.

It's that **diastasis recovery is bigger than any single exercise or treatment.**

Your body doesn't just need one hour of rehabilitation.

It needs to learn how to function every single day.

Because every time you:

๐Ÿ‘ถ lift your baby
๐Ÿ› carry groceries
๐Ÿชœ get out of bed
๐Ÿƒ exercise
๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ breathe

..your core is managing pressure.

If that system isn't working properly, symptoms can keep coming back, even if you've already spent months trying to recover.

๐Ÿ’› Recovery isn't about finding the next miracle exercise.

It's about following a complete, progressive plan that teaches your body how to move, breathe and support you again.

That's exactly why we created **No More Diastasis**.

A 9-week online programme designed to help you build lasting results, with:

โœ” progressive training
โœ” expert guidance
โœ” VIP WhatsApp support
โœ” 6 months of unlimited online access after the programme

If you've tried everything but still don't feel like yourself...

Maybe it's time to stop collecting exercises and start following a system.

Send us the word DIASTASIS and we'll tell you if No More Diastasis is the right fit for you.

When people talk about training during pregnancy, they usually focus on the physical benefits.

โœ” Less pain
โœ” More strength
โœ” Better mobility

And yes, all of that matters.

But one of the biggest benefits is something we don't talk about enough:

๐Ÿ’› Confidence.

Because birth is not only a physical experience.

It's also a mental one.

Training teaches you to:
๐Ÿ‘‰ trust your body
๐Ÿ‘‰ stay calm under pressure
๐Ÿ‘‰ breathe when things feel difficult
๐Ÿ‘‰ understand how your body moves and responds

The women who train during pregnancy often arrive at birth feeling more connected to their body, more aware of their breathing and more confident in their ability to move and follow medical guidance when the time comes.

No, training won't make labour easy.

But it can help you feel stronger, calmer and more prepared for one of the most important moments of your life.

Because the goal isn't just to arrive at birth.

It's to arrive feeling ready.

Winter makes it easier to hide.

Big jumpers.

Coats.

Layers.

Sometimes even a compression garment that gives you a little more confidence.

But then summer arrives.

And suddenly there's nowhere to hide.

The bikini comes out.

The beach.

The swimming pool.

The photos.

The comparisons.

You catch yourself pulling your stomach in every time someone looks your way.

Wrapping a towel around your waist before standing up.

Choosing a spot where no one will really see you.

Not because you're ashamed of being a mum.

But because you don't feel like yourself anymore.

And that's a feeling so many women carry in silence.

๐Ÿ’› If you're wearing a compression garment because it's the only way you feel comfortable, know this:

You deserve more than something that helps you hide.

You deserve to understand why your body feels this way.

You deserve to rebuild your core so that confidence comes from within, not from what you're wearing.

Imagine going to the beach without worrying about your stomach.

Imagine choosing a bikini because you like it, not because it hides you.

Imagine enjoying summer instead of spending it thinking about your body.

That's what recovery is really about.

If you're ready to stop hiding and start healing, send us the word DIASTASIS.

Let's make this the summer you start feeling like yourself again.

One person tells you: "Just walk." Another says: "Don't lift anything heavy."

Someone else says: "Carry on as normal."

And before you know it, you're scared to move because everyone seems to have a different opinion.

Sound familiar?

The problem with pregnancy isn't usually the lack of advice. It's the overload of conflicting advice.

And when everyone is telling you something different, it's easy to start thinking:

๐Ÿ‘‰ "What if I do something wrong?"
๐Ÿ‘‰ "What if I hurt my baby?"
๐Ÿ‘‰ "Maybe I should just stop exercising altogether."

๐Ÿ’› Here's the truth: For most healthy pregnancies, movement is not the problem.

The key is having the right movement, adapted to your body, your pregnancy and your stage.

You don't need more opinions.

You need guidance.

You need professionals who understand pregnancy.

You need to feel confident in your body again.

Because pregnancy shouldn't make you afraid of moving.

It should teach you how to move differently.

If you're pregnant and tired of hearing a different story from everyone around you, send us the word JOIN.

We'll help you separate myths from facts.

The moment a woman becomes pregnant, everyone suddenly becomes an expert.

People start giving advice.
Warnings.
Restrictions.
Fear.

๐Ÿ‘‰ โ€œDonโ€™t do this.โ€
๐Ÿ‘‰ โ€œBe careful.โ€
๐Ÿ‘‰ โ€œJust rest.โ€

But almost nobody gives women what they actually need: support

Real support.

Not fear.
Not overprotection.
Not making women feel like their body is fragile.

Because pregnancy is not an illness.

And women deserve:
โœ” information
โœ” guidance
โœ” movement
โœ” confidence
โœ” spaces where they feel capable again

Not just people telling them everything that could go wrong.
