NL: Naar aanleiding van 50 jaar Memorial Ivo Van Damme hebben we 2 foto’s kunnen vinden van een Belgisch Kampioenschap in 1976 waarin ook ons ex-lid en Deaflympische atleet W***y Van Mulders (°1953) een concurrent was van de legendarische Ivo Van Damme.

Deze foto is van het BK atletiek 1976 op de 1500 m en W***y loopt met het borstnummer 2605 en W***y won liefst 4 medailles op de Deaflympics!

1973 Malmö: 800 m (zilver) en 1.500 m (zilver).
1977 Boekarest: 800 m (zilver) en 1.500 m (goud).

FR: À l’occasion du 50e anniversaire du Mémorial Ivo Van Damme, nous avons retrouvé deux photos d’un championnat de Belgique de 1976, lors duquel notre ancien membre et athlète deaflympique W***y Van Mulders (né en 1953) était l’un des concurrents du légendaire Ivo Van Damme.

Cette photo a été prise lors du championnat de Belgique d'athlétisme de 1976, sur le 1 500 m. W***y porte le dossard n° 2605 et W***y a remporté pas moins de 4 médailles aux Deaflympics !

1973 Malmö : 800 m (argent) et 1 500 m (argent).
1977 Bucarest : 800 m (argent) et 1 500 m (or).

BDC Voetbalsport wil onze trainer David Van Assche van Futsal U15 en U19 van harte feliciteren met het behalen van zijn UEFA Futsal Coach B-diploma! 👏

Met veel inzet, passie en doorzettingsvermogen heeft hij opnieuw een belangrijke stap gezet in zijn trainerscarrière. Mede dankzij de steun van BDC Voetbalsport kon hij zijn droom verder waarmaken en zich ontwikkelen als trainer.

Daarnaast willen we ook Dovensport Vlaanderen (DSV) en G-Sport hartelijk bedanken voor de waardevolle ondersteuning voor het tolkuren tijdens zijn opleiding. Dankzij deze ondersteuning kreeg hij de kans om zijn opleiding op een toegankelijke en volwaardige manier te volgen. 🤝

Wij zijn trots op zijn prestaties en wensen hem heel veel succes, plezier en mooie uitdagingen toe in zijn verdere trainerscarrière! 💪⚽

Grâce à son engagement, sa passion et sa persévérance, il franchit une nouvelle étape importante dans sa carrière d’entraîneur. Avec le soutien du BDC Football de Sport, il a pu poursuivre sa formation et commencer à concrétiser son rêve professionnel.

Nous tenons également à exprimer notre sincère gratitude à Dovensport Vlaanderen (DSV) et à G-Sport pour leur précieux soutien concernant les heures d'interprétation durant sa formation. Grâce à ce soutien, il a pu suivre sa formation de manière accessible et enrichissante. 🤝

Tennis Double Men: Emiel Schippers - Alan Bury (POL) vs Bayraktar - Oca (TUR) 7-5, 6-2

That match was spectacular because there was also a fierce battle between Emiel and the Turk Bayraktar the finalist of the Singles match! The camaraderie afterwards was really nice!
