Our team kicked off the new season in full force with 3 days of conferences alongside Folks & URBACT! 🇪🇺🇮🇪

On the agenda: 500 participants from all across Europe, 3 action-packed days in Ireland filled with conferences, workshops, cocktails, site visits and plenty of great moments along the way. ☘️

Our Event Managers joined forces with the Folks team to ensure a smooth collaboration, seamless coordination and, as always, great vibes throughout the event. 💪✨

During July, our team managed the on-site logistical coordination of an immersive stand in Berlin for ICF and DG JUST. 🇩🇪
Through a series of interactive experiences focused on equality and inclusion, the stand promoted the European vision of equal rights and opportunities for all — a meaningful topic we were delighted to support. 💙🇪🇺
Despite a challenging and action-packed set-up, the event successfully came to life and attracted plenty of interest from visitors! 💪✨

Now, we’re welcoming August as we prepare for a rock & roll back-to-school season. Follow us for the team’s adventures across the four corners of the globe! 🌍✨

The first half of 2026 was challenging, filled with numerous events and exciting new destinations. Now that summer has arrived, it is finally time for a short break — despite one last event in Berlin in mid-July! ☀️

But first, we want to say a huge THANK YOU to our amazing team, always ready to travel at a moment’s notice, take on new challenges, deliver every project and ensure complete client satisfaction. 🙏✨

One of our most complex projects took place in Mozambique: a three-day conference welcoming over 600 participants, including dinners, receptions, traditional shows and performances, conferences, breakout sessions, B2Match meetings and, above all, the official attendance of the President! 🇲🇿

Despite working with a new local partner found online, our team took the bull by the horns and successfully delivered this major event after months of preparation! 💪

Now it is time to enjoy the summer, get some well-deserved rest and, most importantly, say THANK YOU to our incredible dream team! ❤️🌍

Last but not least... 🌍✨

The end of this first half of the year has been packed with exciting projects across the four corners of the world, delivering a wide variety of events. One of them took us to **Roskilde, Denmark**, where we managed the complete production and operation of the **European Food Promotion Stand** during the Roskilde Fair. 🇩🇰🇪🇺

The programme featured fun activities for both children and adults, informative sessions, and delicious food tastings, all within a custom-built stand designed especially for the event. 🍴🌱🎪

Another fantastic event successfully delivered with an amazing team! 👏💙

And we’re not slowing down... July is already keeping us busy as we head to **Berlin** for another exciting stand project. Stay tuned! 🚀🇩🇪✨

🌍 What does it mean to be an event organizer specializing in international events?

Discovering the world alongside our clients, while also working behind the scenes to find the best suppliers for dinners, conferences, site visits, and much more.

A big shout-out to Siham and Aseer but also Marie and Monica, who spent a week in Kazakhstan accompanying a delegation on several days of site visits, including receptions and cocktail events in different hotels. Most importantly, they successfully coordinated visits across all four corners of Kazakhstan, managing numerous domestic flights without losing a single participant along the way 😅✈️

In collaboration with the Spectra Group, our team had the pleasure of delivering a project that is especially close to their heart: DG AGRI and the Food Fair in Roskilde, Denmark 🇩🇰.

The event was designed to warmly promote European food at various food fairs, bringing people together through great experiences and delicious discoveries. 🍽️✨

To make this happen, we created a beautiful wooden stand packed with activities for both children and adults, along with plenty of tasty food tastings to enjoy! 😋🌿

A huge shout-out to our amazing team:

Marie was at Union Saint-Gilloise with our trusted partners to organize a conference as part of the European Youth Week for Cecoforma. 🇪🇺✨

The program included the design and management of a Tensofree tent inside the conference hall, followed by a cocktail reception right in the middle of the pitch at one of Belgium’s most iconic stadiums! 🏟️🍸🎉

As always, Marie coordinated our teams with excellence and ensured everything ran smoothly from start to finish. 👏🤝✨
