Meet Gerland, one of the trainers who's been with us longest, and the one you want in your corner for posture and movement work. If your body doesn't move the way you want it to, Gerland's your person.
We hire trainers with all kinds of backgrounds on purpose. Different experience means we can actually match the right coach to the right client, instead of pretending one approach fits everyone.
So if you think you'd add something new to the team, swing by, have a chat. We're always looking for trainers who are sharp, respectful, and genuinely into this. π
Queer Gym Belgium
A gym without toxic macho behavior and competition!
One of Wasseem's most fulfilling moments since building this place? Ballroom for Palestine. π€
An event that brought together people from immigrant backgrounds, giving them a space to exist, connect, and feel genuinely welcome. Nearly 200 people showed up. Funds were raised for Palestine. And something real happened in that room.
That's what this place is about beyond the weights and the workouts. Community that actually shows up for each other.
We keep doing events like this and if you have an idea, we mean it when we say reach out. We're always open to making something happen together. π

"Last night, the World Cup final was played. And we have thoughts."
Be honest, do q***r people actually not care about football? Or have we just never really felt welcome in it? Because there's a difference. We're not asking for rainbow stadiums or a drag show at halftime. We're asking for the q***r football fans and players who exist β and they do exist β to be safe and welcome regardless of their gender or s*xuality. That's it.
Male professional football has one of the lowest rates of openly out athletes of any major sport. You can count the active openly gay players in top flight football on one hand. Compare that to rugby, basketball, athletics and the contrast speaks for itself.
And when the sport's biggest tournament lands in a country tracking 530 anti-LGBTQ bills, with visa rules that could out transgender fans at the border, maybe the question isn't whether we care about football.
Male football not being the most LGBTQI-friendly community is one thing. But a country actively rolling back q***r rights while hosting what FIFA called "the most inclusive World Cup ever" β that's not irony. That's a lie.
Three Lions Pride stayed home this summer. So did Germany's Q***r Football Fanclub. Not out of indifference. Out of self-preservation. That says everything.
We're not letting that go unnoticed. π³π

Ten years of baby steps. π€
Wasseem's story of coming out isn't one big moment β it's a quiet, personal journey of learning to know yourself, accept yourself, and eventually love yourself fully.
He got there. And we're proud to have him here. π

Q***r Gym is going virtual. π€
From day one, this space has been about showing up exactly as you are. But safe fitness spaces and specialized, gender-affirming coaching shouldn't be something only people in the right city have access to.
No matter where you are in the world, you can now train directly with the Q***r Gym coaches.
Custom 4-week training blocks via the Everfit app, video form checks, weekly support, monthly 1-on-1 coaching calls, and specialized gender-affirming tracks β for silhouette building, pre/post-op fitness, or general strength. Built around your body and your goals.
And because financial barriers disproportionately affect our community β we're launching with a solidarity rule baked in. For every 5 paying online members, we fully fund 1 spot for a community member facing financial hardship. No compromises.
We're opening exactly 10 pilot spots. Those 10 spots directly unlock 2 fully funded solidarity spots from day one.
Want in? Comment ANYWHERE or DM us, whether you're securing a coaching spot or applying for the solidarity waiting list. Both matter. π

Gentse Feesten starts tonight. Ghent, are you ready? π
10 days of pure chaos in the city center and if you're looking for something q***r, Que Club at Belfortstraat 39 has you covered with non-stop LGBTQ+ parties all the way through. And this Friday, Sint-Baafsplein goes full Pink Thursday, LGBTQIA+ themed all night long. π€
But Gentse Feesten is whatever you make it, baby.
All parties, no parties, or somewhere in between, we're here every single day of the festivities. Except Tuesday the 21st, national holiday, even we need a breather.
Come train, come hang, come recover from last night. We'll take it without judgment. π
And please β take care of that gorgeous body in between the chaos. Rest is not weakness.
See you out there. π
Brokeback Mountain. A canon event for so many of us β and Wasseem is no exception. π€
Honest question though β do you actually like it? Or is it one of those films you respect more than you enjoy?
And more importantly: what are the lesser known q***r films that really got it right for you? The ones that felt like someone had been watching your life.
Drop them below β we're building a watchlist. π¬
Five years ago, Boris started this thing.
Not with much. Just a vision, a lot of passion, and a community that showed up and helped build it β brick by brick, rep by rep.
And it grew. Into something that for a lot of people is more than a gym. A space where you don't have to explain yourself at the door. Where your age, your body, your skin color, your s*xuality β none of it makes you less welcome here. All of it makes you exactly right.
But don't get it twisted. We're not done. Not even close.
Want to be part of what comes next? π€

Before there was Pride, there was resistance. And at the front of it β Marsha P. Johnson. π€
A Black transgender woman who grew up with nothing and gave everything. Marsha was one of the key figures of the Stonewall uprising in 1969 β the moment many consider the birth of the modern LGBTQ+ rights movement. She didn't plan to be a symbol. She was just done being treated like she didn't exist.
After Stonewall, she co-founded STAR with Sylvia Rivera β Street Transvestite Action Revolutionaries β providing shelter and support for homeless q***r youth and s*x workers in New York at a time when nobody else would.
She marched. She showed up. She took care of her community when the world had turned its back on them. And she did all of it with flowers in her hair and a smile that could light up a room.
In 1992, Marsha was found dead in the Hudson River. She was 46. Her death was ruled a su***de, a conclusion her community never accepted. In 2012, the case was reopened as a possible homicide. It remains unsolved.
She deserved better. She deserved to see how far we've come.
The least we can do is remember her name β and remember why we're still fighting. πΈ

Every journey starts with a conversation. π€
Before we touch a single weight, we sit down with you. Talk about where you are, where you want to go, and what actually works for your body and your life.
No assumptions. No generic plan pulled from a template. Just your coach, you, and a program built around exactly that β you.
Your first session is a free intake. Come as you are.
