The long weekend has departed with indecent haste, and some of us are still waiting for our bodies to acknowledge that the festivities have concluded.

But alas, fitness has no respect for public holidays. The roads are open, the shoes are unemployed, and the excuses have exhausted their constitutional mandate. 😂

This Saturday we also show up for a worthy cause at the Debswana Fun Run for Mental Health 🧠💚. If you haven’t registered yet, sort yourself out before you suddenly develop “registration difficulties” on Friday evening. 😂

T4 will greet you nicely, settle next to you, look completely harmless… then somewhere along the road he will smoke you! .🤣💨

The worst part? He still looks chilled afterwards while the lads are scattered around the finish line reviewing their life choices. 🤣
