Downtown Abbotsford tai chi for beginners starts Feb 24 and Feb 27th!

BEGINNER PROGRAMOur beginner program is the Yang style Short Form, often referred to as the 24. The program consists of a 60 minute class once per week for 14 to 15 weeks. It runs two times per year starting around February and again in September.
